Ordering, Delivery & Refund Policy
The product catalog in the Online Shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is only a non-binding online catalogue of the range of products available. Hot Tub Ireland does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the website.
By clicking “Buy“, the customer makes a legally binding commitment to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.
The automated message confirming the registration of the order by the seller, which is sent to the buyer´s e-mail address immediately after placing the order, is for informational purposes only. It is sent to the buyer in order to notify the buyer that the order has been registered and shall not be regarded as the seller´s binding acceptance of the proposal to close the contract.
We will endeavour to deliver the products to you within 2 - 7 working days of your order within the island of Ireland, where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility.
If the delivery driver rings you and arranges a time to deliver and you are not there to recieve products for some reason you will be charged again for to get the delivery delivered to you at another time.
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). If a Product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund. Any claim cannot be entertained once the order has been signed for, any damage must be specified on the delivery docket and the parcel must be refused.
We at Hot Tub Ireland view customer satisfaction as our number one priority. Therefore if the goods you have received are faulty, please return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will issue a refund for the item provided that the items are in a fully resalable condition. This means that they must be returned in their unmarked original packaging and must be fully re-saleable.
In any case where we have dispatched an incorrect item or you have ordered an incorrect item Black Label Jacuzzi Ltd will, where applicable, dispatch a replacement item. In this instance you will be billed for the Item and a refund will be issued for the incorrect item once it is returned to us as described above. In this case Black Label Jacuzzi Ltd will provide a full order refund (including the outgoing delivery charge).
We will not refund the cost of returning the product to us. In exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Black Label Jacuzzi Ltd we may refund the incoming delivery charge. In this case the maximum amount refundable will be the cost of the outgoing delivery charge paid.
Please note that we will not accept any returns back after 14 days.
Before returning anything to us you must contact us over with the email: firstname.lastname@example.org please note that copy of invoice will be needed, anything returned without contacting us will not be refunded.
You want to cancel an order
Under the CRD, you have 14 calendar days to change your mind without having to give a reason. This right to cancel is also known as the ‘cooling-off period’.
Your right to cancel begins from the moment you place the order. However, your ‘cooling-off period’ will depend on the type of purchase you made, as follows:
Products (goods): Starts the moment you receive the product. You have 14 days to tell the trader Hot Tub Ireland. You want to cancel the order.
How to cancel - Before the cooling-off period ends, you should let the Hot Tub Ireland know in writing that you want to cancel. You can do this by email: email@example.com .
Then You have a further 14 days to return the products. You have to pay for the cost of returning the products. However, this right applies only to undamaged goods in the original packaging.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction,

I sent a number of queries to hottubireland and had full responses instantly 👌🏼! ordered 4 person tub that eve, had same three days later. easy enough set up, does take some time to heat up but we are in Ireland! Lots of room, string walls, easy manage insulation lid (and lockable too). Family and friends love it.
